Herbert "Herbie" Stroud Jr., age 70, of Morrow, Ohio. Jesus called for Herbie to come home on Monday, July 2, 2012. He will be greatly missed but will suffer no more. Herbie is survived by many loving and dear friends. He was cared for by Pine Ridge Care Center in Morrow and Hospice of Cincinnati, in which he felt at home and loved them all. Herbie was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds. Herbie greatly appreciated all the activities provided by the staff at Mellon Meadows Care Center. Services at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funearl Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Thursday, July 5, 11 AM, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment, Morrow Cemetery. Pastor Paul Gilkison will be the presiding minister for Herbie's services, with Rev. Rob Mason assisting.
