Herbert "Sam" Ball, Jr. of West Chester. Beloved husband of 27 years to Emily Ball (nee Edwards). Loving father of Katie Manny, Joseph Ball (Melissa Calderon) and Stephen Ball. Proud grandfather of Nicholas Manny-Henderson and the late Monica and Marissa Manny-Henderson. Son of the late Herbert and Hazel Ball, Sr. Cherished brother of Linda Puckett (the late Cleve), Dora Slyder (Kent) and Beverly Hicks (Jason). Beloved uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Devoted member of Water's Edge United Methodist Church. Passed away February 1, 2018 at the age of 66. Sam gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. Friends will be received Monday, February 5 from 5-9 PM at Water's Edge UMC, 108 E Church St, Mason, OH 45040, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
