Preceded in death by her parents Harry Sr. and Mary Perry. Beloved wife of the late Glenn Frazier. Dear mother of Suzanne Osborne and the late Walter Frazier. Grandmother of Laura Osborne. Sister of Katherine Jane Shinkle, Thelma Crosley, the late Harry Perry Jr. and the late Walter Perry. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was a former Maineville Clerk of Court. Family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Odyssey Hospice or the Alzheimers Association.
