Helen Cecelia (nee Bergin) of Loveland, OH and formerly of Brookville, IN. Beloved wife of the late Jack Norris and beloved daughter of the late John Wesley and Marie (Beyer) Bergin. Dear sister of Martina Tischler of Florida and Bertha Powers of Delhi. Special aunt to 4 nieces. Helen was a huge basketball fan, especially Indiana and Bobby Knight. She served 12 years on Loveland City Council with 4 of those years as Vice Mayor. December 23, 2003 at the age of 80.
