Heather Woodyard-Neiger of Loveland, OH, passed away October 16, 2025, at the age of 51. Devoted mother of Samuel Neiger and Claire Neiger. Cherished daughter of Bill and Robin Woodyard. Beloved sister of Lori (Greg) Avallone.

Heather had a heart for people - as a coach, teacher, mentor and friend. She loved the outdoors and spent many trips hiking and exploring national parks along with countless state parks and trails in Ohio. As a collegiate soccer player, graduate and sports fan, she was an enthusiastic supporter of The Ohio State Buckeyes. She was happiest when spending time telling stories, playing games and laughing with her family and friends. Her life, faith and passion left an indelible mark on the countless lives she touched.

Family and friends will be received Monday, October 20, 2025, from 10 AM - 12 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140, where a memorial service for Heather will begin at 12 PM. The family requests that attendees wear bright colors. A reception will be held immediately following the memorial service at 1229 OBannon Creek Lane, Loveland, OH 45140. All are welcome and encouraged to join the family there.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heather Woodyard Memorial Player Scholarship Fund for soccer club FC Storm .
