She was a loving mother to Madison and Mackenzie Sweeney and daughter of Neil and Martha Ray. Heather is also survived by Steven Ray (brother), Kathy Ray, Kristine Reed, David Reed, Christian Ray, Tim Sweeney, and many loving members of her extended family.
