Hazel B. (nee Blevins) Spradlin of Milford, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2023 at the age of 88. Born on April 15, 1934 in Hazard, KY.

Beloved wife of the late James A. Spradlin. Loving mother of Jim (Nancy) Spradlin and the late Gary Spradlin and Randy Spradlin. Mother-in-law of Patricia Spradlin and Susan Spradlin. Caring grandmother of Gary (Tammy) Spradlin, Adrienne (Jeremy) Spradlin, Adam (Matt) Spradlin, Amy (Chad) Williams, Rachel (Mark) Miller, Sarah (Ryan) Braun, April (Josh) Roybal and Brandon Spradlin. Proud great-grandmother of Kyler, Keane, Keena, Hayden, Nina, Jonah, Charlie, Rose and J.J. Dear sister of Chester (Ruth) Blevins and three late sisters and three brothers. Cherished daughter of the late Henry and Bertha (nee Wynn) Blevins. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Hazel was a long time member of the House of Restoration Worship Center in Milford.

Friends will be received from 10 AM to 12 Noon on Tuesday, March 7 at the House of Restoration Worship Center, 1487 St. Rt. 131, Milford, OH, where services will begin at 12 Noon on Tuesday. Pastor Brian Shuttleworth officiating.
