Hazel D. Rapier of Cincinnati, OH, passed away February 16, 2026, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late James Carter Rapier. Loving mother of Kimberly Penzes. Cherished grandmother of Erica (Daniel) Reid, Ryan (Jenny) Garwood, and Bradley Garwood. Loving great-grandmother of Fiona Garwood, James Garwood, Rustin Garwood, and Kayleigh Garwood.
