Hazel Ruth Dotson of Morrow, OH, passed away August 10, 2025, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of 61 years to Ben Dotson. Devoted mother of Rhonda (Jared) Adamson, Angela (Tony) Miller, and the late Ronald Dotson. Cherished grandmother of Jonathan Hall, Justen Hall, Brittany Dotson, Kara Gladfelter, Israel Adamson, Emmaus Adamson, Courtney (Dakota) Couch, Sydney (Arnaldo) Vazquez, Jackie Dotson, and Matthew Dotson. Loving great grandmother of Maverick, Alex, Jesslynn, Kiara, Jameson, Rosalee, Elliot, Meckenzie, Bentlee, Brooklynn, Bella, and Baylee.

Family and friends will be received Friday, August 15, 2025, from 10 AM – 12 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140, where a service for Hazel will begin at 12 PM. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery, Deerfield Township.
