Beloved husband of over 55 years to the late Mary Lois (Noble) Dapper. Devoted father of Stephen (Kathy) Dapper, Joan (Mallory) Green, and Lisa (Jon) Butts. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dear brother of John W. Dapper. Member of the Sardinia Masonic Lodge #254 F & AM World War II veteran serving in the U. S.
