Harold William McLaughlin, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 95.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Leslie Ann Allen; parents, William Leslie and Esther McLaughlin; sister, Evelyn Goodwin; son-in-law, David Farris.

Harold is survived by his wife of 74 years, Joanne McLaughlin; children, William C. (Jennifer) McLaughlin and Patricia Farris; grandchildren, David Drake Farris, Angela (Blake) Tira, Mary (Josh) Goins, James (Gary Smith) Wiederhold, Ginger (Tim) Bauer, Doug (Carla) Allen, and Jeff (Janet) Allen; numerous great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 1PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11AM until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Morrow Cemetery, Morrow, Ohio.
