Obituary
Loving husband of the late Ruth "Eileen" Biggs. Devoted son of Ellen Biggs and the late Tubby Biggs. Beloved father of Andy (Liz) Biggs and Cindy (Doug) Bradbury. Proud grandfather of Christin and Tyler Bradbury. Dear brother of Carol (Ken) Sand and Jerry (Jenny) Biggs. Passed away Monday, February 1, 2010 at age 63. Memorial donations in memory of Tom may be directed to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
