Loving daughter of Lindsey Fite. Hailey is survived by the Fite, Schumaker, and Hoover Families. October 1, 2007 at the age of 21 months due to complications of Hydrocephalus and DI. Family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Star Shine Hospice, .
