Loving father of Gerald (sue) Osborn of East Lansing, Michigan, Randy (Debbie) Osborn of Maineville, and the late Darrell Osborn. Caring brother of Thelma Ruth Tinsky of Oblong, Illinois, Paul Osborn of Springboro, Ohio, and the late Burch Osborn and the late Robert Osborn. Dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He served our country during World War 2 in the United States Army and was honorably discharged.
