Grace B. (nee Bitting) Harty of Mason, OH, formerly of Berwick, PA. Born on January 20, 1914 in Stowe, PA. Passes peacefully on November 27, 2017 at the age of 103. Beloved wife of the late Rosser Jones and Harold O. Harty. Loving mother of Sherry (Lou) Hornberger and Craig (Norma) Jones. Step-mother of Harold "Bud" Harty Jr. and Janice Yablonski. Caring grandmother of Stacey Jung, Lisa Leiner and David Hornberger. Step-grandmother of Lance Harty, Tyson Harty, Cindy Pierce, Frank Yablonski and Kevin Yablonski. Proud great-grandmother of Heather Jung, Hannah Jung, Megan Leiner, Elizabeth "Libbie" Leiner and Rory Hornberger. Step great-grandmother of many. Dear sister of Ruth Elaine Henricks of Pottstown, PA. Cherished daughter of the late Norman K. and Edna B. (nee Brunner) Bitting. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Grace was retired from the US Postal Service for 41 years. She worked at Jacobs Aircraft Engine Manufacturing Plant during WWII in Pottstown, PA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 2, 11 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
