Beloved son of Ruby Scott Malott-Carter and the late William E. Malott. Step-son of Donald Carter. Husband of Desiree Owens Malott. Devoted father of Samantha Malott and Stephanie Malott. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Loretta and Bill Timpe, Brenda and Carl Eifert, William L. and Donna Malott. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
