Obituary

Glenneth D. Brown, of Loveland, passed away on September 4th, 2022 at the age of 91. He is survived by his son, Mark Brown, his daughter-in law, Patricia Brown and 2 grandchildren, Conner Brown and Elizabeth Brown.

Glenneth grew up Russell Springs, Kentucky and was a member of a large farming family. At the age of 19, Glenneth enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served for 3 years. During his time of service, he was deployed overseas to action in the Korean War. He was awarded 3 bronze stars for battles in which he participated.

Upon discharge, Glenneth settled in the Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan area and began working at the manufacturing company Nutone, from which he retired about 30 years later.

Glenneth was an avid gospel music fan, and in his earlier years performed in various local gospel singing groups. Glenneth loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking regularly in the area parks. He loved his family dearly and spent much time with his brothers and sisters, and his very large extended family.

A service honoring the life of Glenneth will be held on Tuesday, September 13th with visitation from 9AM- 10AM and the funeral at 10AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, OH 45140. Burial will take place at 12:30PM at Dayton National Cemetery 4400 W. 3rd Street Dayton, Ohio 45417.
