Geraldine Payne, 79, of Morrow, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 9, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Jerard "Jerry" Payne; loving mother of Rebecca Sue (Tommy) Baker, David (Tonda) Payne, and Donna (Mark) Hampton; proud grandmother of Jeff Baker, Tammy (Eldon) Huff, Ashley Payne, Aaron Payne, Jordan (Katie) Payne, Trevor (Sami) Payne, Jake Hampton, and Hayden Hampton; great-grandmother of three; dear sister of Daisy (Roger) Wright, Phillip Morgan, and Carlos Morgan. Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Almer and Susie Morgan; along with two sisters and five brothers. A funeral service will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 10:30am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Edwardsville Cemetery, Harlan Township.
