Gerald M. "Jerry" Slocum of Blanchester. Beloved husband of Hope S. Slocum (nee Malott), dear son of Evelyn Slocum and the late Robert E. Slocum, loving father of Shannon (Tony) Young, and Adam Slocum, caring brother of Daniel (Jo) Slocum and of the late Richard E. Slocum, brother-in-law of Mara Slocum, and cherished grandfather of Megan, Andrew, and Devin Young. Wed. Nov. 10, 2004 at age 58. Memorials may be made to the Liver Tansplant Center, c/o Univ. of Cinti. Medical Center, 234 Goodman St. Cincinnati, Ohio 45267
