George William Eddy of Loveland, OH., formerly of Speedwell, TN. Born on January 30, 1930 in Harlan County, KY. He went to join his family on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Virgie (nee Alford) Eddy. Loving father of Sharon Trout and Vicki (Vernon)Watson. Caring grandfather of April (Troy) Thomas, Bryon Powers and Ashley Watson. Proud great-grandfather of Lainey Thomas, Eden Thomas and Caleb Powers. Dear brother of Jack Shepherd, Jerry Shepherd, Byrd Shepherd, Ronnie Shepherd, Peggy Wheeler, Linda Eldridge and the late Wilma Laws and Brenda Jo Howell. Cherished son of the late Elva (nee Fee) Shepherd and Herman Eddy, also cherished step-son of the late Albert Shepherd. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 11 AM, at Loveland Park Baptist Church, 2288 Lilac St., Loveland, OH., where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
