Garland N. "Jack" Crawford, of Peebles, OH. Born on August 1, 1930 in Cincinnati, OH. Went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of 62 years to Laura Gale (Cross) Crawford. Loving father of Garland (Debbie) Crawford of Blanchester, OH., Jackie (Bobby) Gray of Peebles, OH. and the late James Crawford and Nancy Crawford. Caring grandfather of Philip (Sandee) Crawford, Sherri (William) Lansing, Jami (Jon) Litchfield, Tyler, Vivian, Lillian and Angel Gray. Proud great-grandfather of 8. Dear brother of Douglas Crawford and the late John, James, Charlie & Richard Crawford and Catherine Wagner. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Jack was an Elder at the Blanchester Church of Christ, was on the Blanchester Town Council and was a member of the Board of Realtors. Services will be on Tuesday, November 19, 1 PM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where friends will be received from 12 Noon until the time of service. Interment, Plainview Cemetery, Wayne TWP, OH.
