Gail Marie Plowman-Hartley, beloved wife of John P. Hartley, loving daughter of the late Cecil C. Plowman and Myrtle M. Hatfield Plowman, dear mother of Kayla Brate, Victoria A. Hartley, Devin D. Hartley, caring sister of Delilah Wagers, Allen Plowman, David Plowman, Christopher Plowman, caring granddaughter of Nannie Cooper. She also leaves several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Gail died on March 31, 2010 at age 35.
