Loving husband of 53 years to Carolyn Bingaman (Nee Enger). Fred is survived by five children, ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two sisters, and one brother. No Services at the request of the family. Fred served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. Fred shared one simple mission everyday of his life "try everyday to be a blessing to someone". Fred was retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad as a freight conductor and has worked along side his wife Carolyn for the past 35 years at their business in Lo Family request that memorial contributions in memory of Fred be directed to a charity on ones choice or Hospice of Cincinnati.
