Freda Ellen Collins Ballard, 78, of Blanchester, formerly of Butlerville, beloved wife of the late Raymond A. Ballard, Sr., dear mother of Vickie (Herb) Davidson, Kathy (Kenny) Wright, and of the late Raymond Ballard, Jr., caring sister of Lloyd "Duck" Collins, Max Collins, and of the late Bobby Collins, Herschel Collins, and Edith Ann Collins, mother-in-law of Rose Ballard, and loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren, one deceased grandson, and 12 great grandchildren.
