Cherished son of the late Liberty Franklin and Helen (nee Miller) Banks. Franklin proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Goshen Church of God Armor Bearers. He enjoyed singing in the choir and loved his motorcycle rides. Visitation on Thursday, February 1, 5 PM - 7 PM at Goshen Church of God, 1675 Hill Station Rd., Goshen, where services will be held at 7 PM.
