Obituary
Franklin D. Bays of Wilmington. Beloved husband of Carma Sue Purtee Bays, loving son of Lida B. Mayne Bays and of the late Caleb T. Bays, dear father of Susan Ooten, Angela (Jim) Jones, Chad Edgington, caring brother of Wilma (Ralph) Blevins, Mary Ellis, Larry (Charlotte) Bays, David (Pat) Bays, Barbara Bays, and loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren. Frank died on Sept. 27, 2010 at age 61. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Frank proudly served in the U. S. Army.
