Frank Willard Walters of Goshen, OH., formerly of Athens, WV. Born on April 24, 1943 in Princeton, WV. Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the age of 72. Loving father of Melissa Walters-Coy, Danielle Walters and Heather (Kevin) Downs. Caring grandfather of Ashley Dunn, Austin Dunn, Jaden Pennington, Evan Pennington, Gavin Miller, Paige Downs, Madison Downs and Destiny Downs. Proud great-grandfather of Alyssa Dunn. Dear brother of Maxine White, Juanita (Jan) Conner, Bonnie Lariviere, Phyllis Mackenzie, Bertha Pentasuglia, Kathy Shumate and the late Emma Walters, Patty Kay Walters, Mary Lee Walter and Thomas Robert (Bobby) Walters. Cherished son of the late Willard Wesley and Mabel Grace (nee Nipper) Walters. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Frank proudly served in the United States Army. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2 PM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 1 PM until the time of service. The SW Ohio VFW Memorial Team Service honoring Frank's military service will begin at 2 PM followed by the funeral service.
