Frank A. of Loveland. Former husband of Nancy Kowatsch. Loving father of Chris (Kelly) Kowatsch, Anne (Joe) Clark and Nick Kowatsch. Grandfather of Jacob Clark. Brother of Helmut Kowatsch. January 26, 2010 at the age of 59. Services will be held at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 Riverside Drive, Loveland on Monday, February 1 at 11 AM where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of the service.
