Francis "Frank" Welch, 77, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away April 18, 2015. He was born December 10, 1937 in Paintsville, KY, son of the late John and Nona Welch . Frank is survived by friends, Tammy Taylor and Mashell Layman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet L. Welch; Son, Thomas Welch; Brothers, Hobart Welch and William Welch; Sisters, Mary Welch and Loretta Reynolds; a nephew, Ronald L. Welch. There will be a private graveside service at Valley View Memory Gardens, Xenia, Ohio.
