ALLEN Floyd C. of Okeana, OH. Beloved husband of Carolyn (nee Fryman) Allen. Loving father of Leslie (Melody) Allen, Todd Allen and Brian Allen. Caring grandfather of 5 grandchildren. Dear brother of Eleanor, Evelyn and Mildred. Preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Florence (nee Meyers) Allen, 3 brothers and 7 sisters. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Floyd served in the US Navy, and will have a graveside US Navy and VFW memorial service.
