FG Wagers of Goshen, Ohio. Born on May 18, 1940 in Manchester, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of 55 years to Beatrice (Cobb) Wagers. Loving father of Dennis (Jane) Wagers, Teresa Gail (Nicholas) Bruynis, Kay McCallen, Jewell (late Rob) Roy and Rodney (Sandy) Wagers. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Vernon Wagers and the late Myrtle Wagers, Rev. Shelby Wagers, Oma Goodin, Fount Wagers and Shirley Wagers. Cherished son of the late Gilbert and Minnie (Sproles) Wagers. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 12 Noon at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment, Plainview Cemetery, Wayne TWP. Memorial donations may be made to the Five Mile Holiness Church, 3641 St. Rt. 286, Mt. Orab, OH 45154. Pastor Bobby Sandlin of Five Mile Holiness Church will be the minister for FG's services.
