Watkins, Fern (nee Byus) of Loveland. Beloved wife of the late Nyale Watkins. Devoted mother of Judy Rottinghous, Carol Sewell, James Watkins, Jackie Watkins and the late Jeryl and John Watkins. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Family request that memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Dayton, PO Box 3509, Dayton, Ohio 45404-3509.
