Eugene Sibert of Blanchester, Ohio. Went home to be with his Savior on July 9, 2023, at the age of 84 years. Born on November 25, 1938, in Sibert, KY.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hansel and Ella (nee Wilburn) Sibert, one sister, Debra Smallwood.

Eugene was the beloved husband of the late Joyce Mildred (nee Edwards) Sibert; loving father of Eugenia (John) Huff, Carol (Doug) Wilson and Earl (Debbie) Sibert; the Papaw of 10 grandchildren: Nicole, Shawn (Amanda), Jordan (Kristina), Jerrica, Jaelyn, Jaclyn, Jenna, Megan (Austin), Paige (Steven) and Conner (Courtney); great-papaw of 16 great-children: Tyler, Jayvin, Nick, Malachi, Noah, Thaddeus, Ira, Abram, Haley, Avery, Steven James, Colton, Logan, Blake, Sophie and Preston; dear brother to Bill (Jane) Sibert, Glenna (Lawrence) Gibbs, Troy Sibert and Sandra Barger. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

He served the Lord faithfully at Belfast Baptist Church in Goshen, OH. Eugene was selfless and caring with a generous heart and deep faith that afforded many years of memories and happiness with his family.

Friends will be received from 5 PM - 8 PM on Monday, July 17, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, July 18. Pastor David Blackstone officiating.

Interment, Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH.
