Caring grandmother of 38 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Darlene Haynes. Ex-spouse and friend of the late Walter John Spinner, Sr. Also preceded in death by her parents, Gardner James and Clara Dean (nee Starnes) Allen and two brothers. Everyone is invited back to the Forest Park Activity Center after the committal service at Oak Hill Cemetery for food and fellowship in remembrance of Ethel Spinner.
