Ethel Josephine Dixon was born on November 27, 1927 and passed away on March 23, 2014 at University of Kentucky at the age of 86. She is survived by her children, Connie (Gary) Murphy, Patty (Bill) Holloway, Cecil (Cheryl) Davidson, Dwight (Sue) Dixon, Nancy Gillum, Gerald (Mary) Dixon and Michael Dixon; 19 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; brothers Carl (Charlene) Wilder, James (Ellen) Wilder; sister Alisie Napier; a daughter-in-law Kathy Davidson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons Mitchell Davidson and Sam Dixon, a daughter Trisha Redmon and a brother Lowell Wilder. Friends will be received from 7-9 PM on Wednesday March 26, 2014 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107 where services will be held on Thursday March 27, 2014 at 2 PM. Interment Jefferson Twp. Cemetery, Westboro, OH.
