Ethan Applegate was born May 16, 1991 to Scott (Angela) Applegate and Trish (Dave) Begley and passed away on July 22, 2016 at the age of 25. He loved to fish and play video games. In addition to his mother Trish and father Scott, he is survived by his step-father Dave Begley; sisters, Erin (Chris) Belieu and Terra Applegate; brother, Andrew Applegate. Memorial services will be held at 8 PM on Friday July 29, 2016 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28 Goshen, OH 45122, where friends will be received from 6 PM until time of service.
