Esther "Bunnie" Chamberlain Neal, 82, of The Lodge Retirement Community, Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Lynn Haven, FL, passed away on Saturday, June 14th, 2008 after a valiant fight with cancer. She was born August 8th, 1925 in Carmel, New York; she was the daughter of the late Esther and Reverend Robert S. Chamberlain. Bunnie was married to Paul F. Neal. Also surviving is a son, Sam DePew of Middletown, OH and his wife, Judy; 2 daughters, Connie Caproni of Portersville, PA and her husband, Jack; Karen Thagard of Coto de Caza, CA and her husband, George; a step-daughter, Cindy Moran of Heidelberg, Germany and her husband David; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Following cremation, a memorial service was held at The Lodge Retirement Community in Cincinnati on June 19th, 2008. She earned a B.S. Degree from University of Maryland and a M. A. Degree fromTowsen State College. She was a teacher and principal for many years in the Prince Georges County Maryland School System.
