Estel D. Culberson, 94, passed away on March 24, 2012 at the Laurels of Blanchester on Rt. 28. He was the beloved husband of the late Maxine (Maxfield) and the late Carry Lou (Blair). He is survived by four sons Richard (Jo Ann) Culberson of Wilmington, Charles Culberson of Blanchester, Roger Culberson of Blanchester, David (Bonnie) Culberson of Blanchester, and one daughter Diane (John) Mobley of Blanchester. In addition of his sons and daughter, he is survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Culberson was born November 20, 1917, son of the late Dean and Myra Johnson Culberson. He was a man who loved farming, he lived his whole life tilling and caring for the land, from plowing with a team of horses, to steel wheeled tractors, to modern day equipment of today. He took pride in his work, his corn and bean rows were planted straight as the eye could see and his crops were as good as or better than all of the other farmers in the area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Dale, Quentin, Ralph and two sisters Pauline Woodell and Albertine Greimann and two granddaughters Carrie Ann Culberson and Aimee Marie Culberson, one grandson Paul Richard Culberson. Graveside services will be held at at the Blanchester IOOF Cemetery in Blanchester, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Laurels of Blanchester, 839 E.
