Ernest P. Brummett, age 83, of Union TWP, Ohio. Born on December 7, 1929 in Jacksonville, IL., entered into eternal rest on May 13, 2013. Husband of Norma (Harkleroad) Piano Brummett and the late Etta (Kennedy) Brummett. Father of Doug (Carrie) Brummett, Robert Brummett and Richard Brummett. Grandfather of Justin Brummett, Janell Brummett, Kelsey Brummett and Ashley Brummett. Great-grandfather of Carson, Carter, Aubrey and Charlie. Brother of Carrie Lou Smith and the late Velma Box and Pete Brummett. Son of the late Dallas and Bonnie (Bell) Brummett. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be on Thursday, May 16, 1:30 PM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 12 Noon until the time of service. An Edenton Masonic Lodge #332 Service and Scottish Rite Ring Service will begin at 1:15 PM. Interment with military honors at Stonelick Township Cemetery. Pastor Phil Hopper will be the minister for Ernie's services.
