Downey, loving mother of John (Wanda) Downey, Barbara Locke, Jim (Wanda) Downey, Janice (Frank) Bailey, Jeanette (Kevin) Beabout and Jacalyn Langston, caring grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, dear sister of Roy Lambert, Richard Lambert, Elizabeth Fields and the late Rosemary Long, Ada Latham and Donald Lambert, cherished daughter of the late Fred and Anna (nee Rodgers) Lambert.
