Elvira Katrina (nee Westner) Wininger of Goshen, OH., went home to be with the Lord on February 13, 2025, at the age of 91. Elvira was born on July 30, 1933, in Vilshofen, Germany.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Harold Edward Wininger; loving daughter, Lisa (Bill) Fiscus; three grandchildren, Joshua (Brittany) Fiscus, Stephanie (Chad) Hapner and Emily Wininger; two great-grandchildren, Mason Fiscus and McKenzie Johnson; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Elvira is preceded in death by her parents, Franz and Katrina Westner; son, Ralph Wininger; two sisters, Lori Wiggers and Josephine Ortner; one brother, Franz Westner.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, February 14 at Plainview Cemetry, Wayne Township, OH.
