Ella Rachel (nee Belnap) Shippy, age 101, of Blanchester, Ohio, formerly of Manteo, North Carolina. Went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 11, 2012. Ella is the beloved wife of the late Roy K. Shippy. Loving mother of Georgia Peck of Blanchester, Ohio and Gary (Sharon) Shippy of Cary, North Carolina. Ella is the proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur M. and Luna (nee Daniels) Belnap, 1 sister and 3 brothers. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at Continental Manor and at a later date in Outer Banks, North Carolina.
