Wife of the late Edwin Herbert and Vancil Keeler. Loving mother of James (Doris) Herbert, Mildred Hatfield, and Albert "Sonny" (Sharon) Herbert. Step-mother of Dale Keeler. Dear sister of John Paul Elam, Robert Elam, Chester Elam, and preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Devoted Grandmother of 14 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great Great Grandchildren. Ella was the owner of Loveland Grocery, and very active in the community participating in the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce, Loveland Area Historical Society, Loveland Women's Club, and the Loveland Beautification Committee.
