Elizabeth Ann Proctor of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away March 21, 2024 at the age of 81. Ann was the beloved wife of William "Bill" Proctor; loving mother of Michael (Lynne Longtin) Proctor and Veronica (Matthew O'Brien) Proctor; cherished grandmother of Matthew Proctor, Christopher Proctor, Lillian O'Brien, and Michael Proctor; and dear sister of Veronica Roth and the late Mary Vailati.

Ann was born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. During her childhood, Ann lived in New Jersey, Hawaii, and Austria with her parents and two sisters. She graduated from Monmouth University with an Associate of Arts in Business. While working in Washington, D.C., Ann met the love of her life at a Georgetown venue where Ann and Bill danced and talked the night away. Soon after, Ann and Bill got married, lived in Florida before settling in Cincinnati, and started a family. Ann went back to school while raising two children and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. After graduating, she worked at Ethicon as an international marketing coordinator for many years. Ann eventually retired to spend more time with her husband, kids, and grandchildren. She also volunteered at USO (United Service Organizations) and Dress for Success.

Family and friends will be received from 11 AM - 12 PM on Thursday, March 28 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Homes, 129 N. Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 12 PM.
