Elizabeth Ann Holmquist of Canfield, OH, passed away peacefully September 24, 2026, at the age of 87. Known as “Ann” to her family and friends she cherished her family above all else. Beloved wife of 67 years to David Holmquist, Ann and David lived in Canfield, Ohio for more than 60 years before moving to Cincinnati to be near family in August of 2026.

Elizabeth was born in Canton, Ohio, and graduated from Jackson High School in Massilon, Ohio, where she met her future husband David. She graduated from the Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in education.

In addition to her husband David, Elizabeth is survived by devoted daughters Lynda K Jarc, her husband Chris and Patricia Ann Holmquist. She also leaves behind cherished grandsons Andrew Jarc, his wife Alex, and her great-grandchildren January Kaye, Genevieve Marie and Sawyer Lyn of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, and Kyle Jarc and wife Jessie of Lakewood, Colorado.

She is preceeded in death by her father, Dr. Kaye E. Liber, and mother, Alice Gertrude Liber (nee Scranton).

Elizabeth will be missed deeply, and we will treasure a lifetime of memories in our hearts forever.
