The daughter of the late Bina and Relva Olive Setty was born in Adams County, Ohio on September 10, 1950. She departed this life on May 30, 2011 at the age of 60. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Larry Evans in October 1965. They were blessed with two children and two grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Linda Graham and Christy Setty. She leaves to mourn her passing her devoted husband, Larry Evans; her daughter, Loretta (Jerry) Bradley; her son, Gregory Evans; granddaughter Jennifer Bradley; and grandson, Justin Bradley. Also, left to mourn her loss, three sisters, Carolyn (Don) Bennington of Hillsboro, Sherry (Tony) Bennington of Blue Creek and Teresa Setty of Peebles. Three brothers, Decil (Dee Dee) Setty of Seaman, David (Kathy) Setty of Peebles and Marvin Setty of Peebles. Several nieces, nephews, uncles and remaining family and friends. Libby grew up in the Cedar Mills and Jacktown area. She married her loving husband and eventually made her home in the Goshen area where she raised her family.
