Cutter and the late Charles (Bud) Cutter. Grandmother of Jennifer Garrus Ellison, John Ward Nisbet, James T. Garrus III and Matthew William Nisbet. Great grandmother of Taylor William Nisbet, Audrey Ann Nisbet and Olivia Margaret Nisbet. She was a member of the Loveland Woman's Club, Eastern Star and the P.E.O.
