Youngest daughter of the Rev. C.L. Browning and May Apperson of San Antonio, Texas. Beloved mother of her three children, Elizabeth (Bitsy), Lee, and Mark. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Lisa Burroughs of San Diego, Bryan Rasmussen, Kirsten Rasmussen, and her two great grandchildren, Sam and Molly Burroughs. Libby was known for her Southern Hospitality, sense of humor, and quick wit.
