Edward Scalf Jr. of Goshen, OH. Born on August 24, 1936 in Irvine, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on October 15, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved husband 60 years to Norma Jean (nee Piercy) Scalf. Loving father of John Edward Scalf and Katie Jean Scalf. Caring grandfather of Craig (Becky) Scalf, Justen Scalf and Celeste Scalf. Proud great-grandfather of Liliana, Jordynn and Juniper "JuJu." Dear brother of Wilma Newsome, Alene Panetta, Georgia Ellis, David Scalf and the late Bill Scalf. Cherished son of the late Edward and Nannie Merle (nee Golden) Scalf. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Edward proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Edward was a member of Hill Station Baptist Church for 60 years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 18, 10 AM - 12 Noon at Hill Station Baptist Church, 7100 Hill Station Rd., Goshen, where services will be held at 12 Noon. Interment with military honors to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Edward Scalf to Hill Station Baptist Church, 7100 Hill Station Rd., Goshen, OH 45122.
