Edith Lucille Hornsby, 98, of Mason, Ohio, passed away on June 27, 2024.

She was the beloved mother of Rosanne Vanlandingham and Edward Hornsby; loving grandmother of Jim Vanlandingham II, Amy Vanlandingham, Sandy Taske, Dawn Isenhower, Mariah Isenhower, and Frank Hornsby; proud great-grandmother of James Vanlandingham, Charles Vanlandingham, Tiffani Domineck, Tyler Miller, Grace Hornsby, Frank Hornsby, Ruth Hornsby, Austin Isenhower, Jackson Isenhower, Dalton Vanlandingham, and Dylan Vanlandingham; great-great-grandmother of Aaliyah Rust, Amelia Hornsby, Trip Hornsby, and Baby Vanlandingham; dear sister of John Bradley.

Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hornsby; grandson, Edward Hornsby; eight siblings, Mildred Jacobs, Jewell Tarvin, Kenneth Bradley, Robert Bradley, Hattie Perry, Harry Bradley, and Dale Bradley.

The funeral service for Edith will be held at 12 PM on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Plainview Cemetery, Newtonsville, Ohio.
